Straight answers
Can you guarantee 60 to 75 days?
No, and neither can anyone else. Insurance companies decide on their own schedules. Sixty to seventy-five days is what we plan for, what we have seen, and what we measure ourselves against. If a date slips we tell you which insurance company and why.
Is the $499 Do It Yourself price a subscription?
No. It is a single payment. You keep access to the templates, checklist, timeline and knowledge base for twelve months, and the reminder emails run over that period.
What if I start with Do It Yourself and change my mind?
We credit the full amount you paid against Essential or Professional if you move across within ninety days.
Does the price change if I add a clinician?
Essential covers one practitioner. Professional covers multiple clinicians at one location. If you add clinicians after your project closes, ongoing monthly support handles them, or we quote the additional work as a fixed fee.
Do I have to buy monthly support?
No. Most practices take it because renewal deadlines are easy to miss, but the project fee stands on its own and your setup does not stop working without it.
What is not included in any plan?
State licensure itself, malpractice insurance, your practice management software subscriptions, and any government or insurance company filing fees. Those are paid directly by you to the body charging them.
