ClearRoute EDI is founder-led from Nashville, Tennessee. It exists because clinicians kept waiting six months to be paid for work they were already qualified to do.
Who runs it
Our founder and executive director spent sixteen years in senior healthcare and electronic claims operations before starting ClearRoute, and holds a master’s degree in information systems and management.
That means the person designing your project has personally worked refused , rebuilt files that were rejected for a single mismatched date, and sat on hold with insurance companies. The advice you get is operational, not theoretical.
We do not publish staff photographs or invented client logos. What we publish is how the work is done, what it costs, and how long it takes.
